I'll start with
sometimes I go a little over the top with Halloween (or other holidays)...this year was one of those times...
We had eyeball sandwiches and witch blood for breakfast...
Worm burgers, guts, and bat wings for lunch...
and leg bones and mummy pizzas for dinner...
Then there were the costumes...I decided to go for a family theme...the idea seemed simple in my head, but it took HOURS to do. We did look cute though...
We also won the 5th ward costume contest (a WHOLE bag of snickers :) my kids were thrilled...I would have been more thrilled if they hadn't learned this year that snickers were good :)

This year we are possibly going away for Halloween and picking costumes out of the box...I need a year off :)

Fun memories! I love when you go crazy, because then you share the fun with my family. We loved worm burgers as well that year. My kids are already planning out their costumes. Maybe I will mention how cool it would be to be an M&M :)
Natalie! Did you seriously MAKE all those costumes?!?! You're AMAZING!! And I'd REALLY like those Halloween recipes. Please? I LOVE going all out on Holidays. LOVE LOVE LOVE! :D
Have I mentioned yet that you are me HERO?!? Holy Halloween batman. I thought I was a Halloween genius, but sadly I pale in comparison.
